Mesh to micron chart & table

Every row mirrors our calculator dataset — ideal for documenting QA stacks or quoting woven filters.

Numbers summarize handbook openings — see ASTM E11 vs ISO notes before contractual quoting.

Download CSV

Download the mesh-to-micron chart as CSV for spreadsheets, lab notebooks, purchasing packets, or engineering references — each row mirrors the live dataset.

Print-friendly: press Ctrl/Cmd+P — your browser can save PDF for lab notebooks.

Chart FAQ

Is mesh the same as microns?
No. Mesh counts wires per inch; microns describe particle size or opening — relate them using standardized sieve charts.
Why do vendors disagree slightly?
Wire diameter tolerances and wear change openings. Treat conversions as approximate references.
Can I host this offline?
Download the CSV and reuse internally — attribution appreciated.
Does this CSV replace certified sieve paperwork?
Never — CSV summarizes handbook openings for convenience only.
Which column should procurement quote?
Quote mesh count plus supplier micron tolerance bands tied to PO revisions.
Where can I learn about ASTM vs ISO wording?
See our sieve standards primer linked below.
